Frequently Asked Questions
Parking is available in the parking lot past the food & vendor area. Shaded space is available in the parking garage. Elder and handicapped parking is reserved in the spaces closest to the vendors (first come first served).
Elder, spectator, handicap, and dancer drop off is located at the Event Center entrance under the large awning, and past the vendors at the admission gate. Avoid drop-offs at the first casino & hotel entrance. For safety and flow of traffic, stopping, parking, and standing are NOT PERMITTED at any time unless in designated parking and drop-off areas. Shuttles to and from parking areas are available all weekend.
Gates open at 2pm on Friday, and 10am on Saturday & Sunday.
Grand entry is at 6pm on Friday and noon on Saturday & Sunday.
Vendors remain open until closing of activities each day.
Seneca Nation Marshals and EMS will be staffed and stationed near the admission gate and near where parking begins. Volunteers & Staff will have clearly marked t-shirts and are equipped with radios. Should you have an emergency, refer to the map for EMS & Marshal stations, the Volunteer tent, or locate a Volunteer or Staff member.
For Dancers & Singers:
Dancers & Singers must purchase a 3-day weekend pass. Registration takes place inside the venue; there will be a 15-foot tall “Registration” banner indicating the location. Registration begins at noon on Friday, July 17. Registration begins at 10am on Saturday and Sunday.
No personal pop-up tents are permitted this year due to space and safety reasons. There will be a designated dancer tent for your convenience that you are free to use all weekend.
Dancers must utilize designated staging areas. Please respect signage at seating areas.
